Why isn't my 'Add to Cart' button functioning?

Hi whenever i click add to cart in my store nothing happens please help i did not download any app through appstore it happened instantly couldnt understand why and how happened please help asap. i uploaded my theme again but same thing continues please help.

its not shopify theme btw . i disabled you can check it by right clicking now 🙂
