identify the CSS class or ID

Add Custom CSS

.your-submenu-class {
    max-height: 200px; /* Set a maximum height for the submenu */
    overflow-y: auto; /* Enable vertical scrolling */
}

Replace .your-submenu-class with the actual CSS class or ID

Apply Custom CSS in Shopify

You can try this code by following these steps: 

Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code.

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: paste bellow code in tag </body> -> save.

    height: 700px !important;

}
</style>

This helps but it distorts the nested loops
