Why isn't my social sharing image updating on Dawn 2.0 theme?

hey, i tried changing the social sharing image on preferences but it didnt work still shows the same old picture and there isnt any option to change the social sharing image when i customize my theme even in theme setting. i am using the Dawn 2.0 theme.

Thanks for reaching out.

I appreciate the context that you have shared as that is helpful. In order to make changes to the Social Media Image you will need to add the image to the Social sharing image section of the online store. You can navigate to Online store > Preferences to upload the image. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

Once you upload or change the image, you will need to select the Save option that will appear towards the top right of the page.

Let me know if that does the trick.

i already said i tried that in the topic but still didnt work for me i changed it from Online Store > Preferences > Social Sharing İmage and clicked on SAVE but still the picture doesnt update its still the same old picture i was using before.
