Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Hello dears,
I have recently created a new template on the edit code part, and named it page.working.shoes.liquid.
I opened it in the preview builder and it does not show me a section where I can edit the body which is in my case called template rather it only shows header and footer.
Please see pictures to further understand:
This is what it looks like
And this is what I want it to look like:
Can somebody help please, I'm in a bit of tight time before the deadline...

This is an accepted solution.
For anyone who checks out his here, I have found a solution to this problem.
I created a new page as a copy of the default template and edited it from there. The screenshots should suffice.
1st go to the preview builder, (customize button in online store)
2nd find the option which chooses the template for the page:
3rd open the dropdown list there and find the Pages option
4th check out which types of pages you have and then drop to the bottom of the list where it says Create template
5th name the new template and create it
6th go to pages section in shopify's admin panel and select online store, under that choose the pages section and create a new page.
After you create a new page then choose the new template as shown below:
7th Then after you create the page, you can see the option under the theme template saying Customize template.
That's it. Hopefully this will help somebody and if so then please do leave a like 🙂

I was able to solve it by changing the language of the page in the page editor. It seems that a version of the page is created per language and that is why the changes are not visible on the website. I hope it helps you!
