Why isn't my website menu displaying properly?

I have an issue with my website where no matter where people log onto it they cannot see the menu options in the header of my page. If they do see the tab for the drop down the menu disappears. I've been adding and deleting my menu to the utmost frustration. Can you please help me to get my menu to display on my website?
