If you haven't already, you can see how to update your social sharing image here on our help site.
To get Meta services like Facebook and Messenger to reflect this updated image, you may need to use their sharing link debugger first to scrape this link.
This should lead to their platforms being updated with the most recent social sharing image you have chosen for your store.
I would also ensure you clear your browser cache after these steps to ensure you're able to view the most recent version of your store's images online.
