Why my cart page doesn't show corresponding shipping fee but all free?

Example product: https://www.hookeroad.com/products/hooke-road-front-bumper-rear-bumper-combo0-for-jeep-wrangler-jk-b...

We have set the shipping fee for this product in the Shopify settings, but the cart still shows free shipping, and there is no place in the theme editor to change the setting accordingly.

Is there any way to make this place show the corresponding shipping fee?
