Wish to change text "A £x charge will apply for addresses in... [area]

Hi,

I wish to change this text on product pages for Oxnorth.com:

I have updated the prices on Settings > Shipping and Delivery but these changes do not appear to be reflecting on the 'customer facing' website. I can see that changing these prices changes the delivery charges on the Checkout page, but it does not appear to update the text above under the product descriptions. I thought it might take a day or two to 'refresh' but this does not seem to happen either.
