Hello,

I need help 

It has been days that I'm trying to put my shop online but my dashboard mentions "Your Shopify Payments account is on hold

Your store can’t accept new orders with Shopify Payments.

It is also mentioning following:

To continue accepting payments, you need to submit some additional details about your business.

it is asking following: Upload a copy of a utilities bill (such as an electricity bill), or a bank account statement, that clearly shows the account owner’s address.

I put several times a proof of bank with my address, now a legal paper with again my address.

I don't know what to do anymore...

It is really annoying..

Can someone please can help!
