Slidecart sends customers to old cart instead of checkout.

how can i turn off the old cart on my store? im using the slidecart app, but when customers click on go to payment, they are first being sent to the old cart of my store theme. I want them to be sent to checkout immediately after clicking on go to payment in the slidecart.
