Mi è appena arrivata una mail da questo mittente: shopifytechnicalservice@gmail.com

Immagino sia falso visto che c'è gmail ma vorrei essere sicuro.

The detection of malware error is a major concern, as it could result in data breaches, theft of customer information, and irreversible damage to your store. If left unresolved, this malware error may lead to blacklisting by engines search, effectively removed from movement and purchases.

Moreover, the issues with your robots.txt file are blocking proper indexing of your site, leading to significant SEO penalties. engine search will not be able to crawl your store, causing a drastic drop in visibility and potentially leading to a sharp decline in revenue.

If these flagged issues are not addressed right away, your store may face severe consequences, including the suspension of your Shopify account, which could disrupt your entire business.

 You must take immediate activity to take out the malware and correct the robots.txt errors. Failure to do so will result in escalated actions from our side, and your store may be permanently disabled.

I don't recognize that email,

I think you should contact Shopify Support regarding this. https://help.shopify.com/en/ Go to this link and contact live chat support. They will help you out.

We have been alerted to fraudulent emails from @gmail.com addresses, falsely claiming to raise security or technical concerns about your Shopify store. Please disregard these emails, as Shopify will never use a Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, MSN, or similar email address. Ensure you do not click on any links or provide any personal information.

To help us investigate, please follow these steps:

1. Obtain the Email's Headers:

   • Refer to MX Toolbox’s guide for Getting Email Headers.
   • Select your email service provider on the left-hand navigation.
   • Follow the steps to download a copy of the .eml file or copy the email's source code into a text file.

2. Forward the email and the header file to safety@shopify.com.

Spam. Shopify email addresses have @Shopify.com on it instead of @gmail.com
