0 Conversion Rate while 12 orders placed successfully on the store. Shopify Tracking not working.

Shopify tracking and Analytics not working since so long. How to fix this. Can someone help me here. Thanks

I've never seen this issue before but you can definitely track orders elsewhere using an app.
