 Hey guys i would get around 800 views a day some people would add to cart go to check out but i’ve never seen a failed attempt yet.. or at least i don’t know how to check it. i’ve change my store layout multiple times tried different strategies and unfortunately nothing.

im based in canada but i’m advertising in india and colombia due to low saturation on my products over there. I appreciate any help thanks!

1. Redesign the Homepage
I noticed that your homepage needs a hero image to provide an overview of what your store offers and the value it brings to customers. The hero page is a vital part of an e-commerce store; when visitors see it, they will decide whether to continue browsing or leave your store. Additionally, you should add a CTA button on the hero page like "Shop now" or "Grab the deal today" to encourage them to click and start shopping at your store. For example, for a hero page:

2. Adding About Us section on the Homepage
We cater to humanistic shoppers, who will seek out who is BEHIND the product, and why they should buy from you. So consider adding an About Us section to introduce your brand.
I can see that you have not had an About Us page yet but adding a separate section on your homepage would help visitors easy to read without having to navigate to another page. It would improve the user experience in general.

3. Adding a Review part on the homepage
To increase customer trust in your shop, you should add a customer review section at the end of your homepage.
 
4. Add key USPs section with key icons
Your current homepage lacks key information about products. It may increase the bouncing rate as users don't find important content they need. Helpful, easy-to-see benefits icons quickly introduce your products' unique selling points, giving a reason to purchase from you instead of the competition.

5. Social Proof and Urgency:
Implement social proof elements such as showing how many people are currently viewing a product or recently purchased it.
Use low stock alerts or countdown timers to create a sense of urgency.

This can create a sense of distrust for visitors. Make sure your offer is always active and aligned with your products to build credibility.

2. Make the announcement bar sticky at the top:
Your announcement bar contains important information, but if visitors scroll past the hero banner too quickly, they might miss it. I recommend making it sticky so it remains visible as visitors browse. This will ensure your promotions get the attention they deserve.

3. Enhance the visibility and usability of the navigation bar:
