Hi @lumishop,

As a product executive, I have a few suggestions that could help improve your store's conversion rate:
1. Ensure your limited-time offer is active:
The first thing I noticed when visiting your site was a pop-up for a limited-time offer. However, the timer has already expired, and the image in the pop-up doesn’t seem relevant to your products. This can create a sense of distrust for visitors. Make sure your offer is always active and aligned with your products to build credibility.
2. Make the announcement bar sticky at the top:
Your announcement bar contains important information, but if visitors scroll past the hero banner too quickly, they might miss it. I recommend making it sticky so it remains visible as visitors browse. This will ensure your promotions get the attention they deserve.
3. Enhance the visibility and usability of the navigation bar:
Currently, the hidden side navigation makes it difficult for users to explore your site. Consider placing the navigation bar directly below the logo or at the top of the page for easier access. Take this for reference:
Also, renaming "Shop Now" to something more direct like "Products" would make navigation clearer. "Shop Now" works better as a call-to-action button, not as a category label.
4. Add more lifestyle product images:
Invest in high-quality, compelling images that show your products in real-life scenarios. For instance, showcase how your Lumicube can be used as a lamp in a bedroom or as a decorative piece in an office. This helps customers visualize how the product fits into their lives.
5. Use product reviews to improve your product descriptions:
I noticed a review where someone mentioned it took them a while to figure out how to use the Lumicube. This suggests the product might be a bit tricky to use at first. Based on this feedback, consider adding a "How to Use" section in your product description to reassure customers that it’s easy to operate.
6. Showcase the variety of products you sell:
Your homepage focuses heavily on the Lumicube, which might give the impression that it’s the only product you offer. Consider featuring a wider range of products on your homepage and making the navigation more user-friendly so visitors know you offer more than just one item.
If you find these suggestions helpful for you, please let me know by giving BON Loyalty a 'LIKE' or marking it as a 'SOLUTION'. 😊
Best,
