100 VARIANT LIMIT

I keep reading where there is a 3rd party app to get around the 100 variant limit. I would prefer not to split up my product. I cannot seem to find a 3rd party app in the shopify app store. Can anyone recommend an app.

It will help you to create an unlimited amount of custom options for your products including text, numbers, calendars, checkboxes, and dropdown menus.

None of these third party solutions based on options work if you need to track inventory on your variants.  You have to split the products to track inventory.

3rd party either will work.
