11/08/23 Some Merchants Unable To Reach Live Support [RESOLVED]

I am trying to speak to a real person in customer service regarding an important security issue with our account but there is no way to do so because 1) you do not list any contact info and 2) the virtual assistant chat is not working!! It gives an error every time I type a reply:

just terrible customer service wow

This was NOT resolved. I tried again and got the same error message, even
after clearing cache, cookies, logging in/out. I was only able to get
through to support by switching to firefox browser (from chrome).
