2 Factor Authenticator

I have been locked out of my account for over a week and I don't have the authenticator app or recovery code to get logged back in. I have submitted 4 emails to Shopify but they either don't reply or take a couple of days to respond. The security team have taken me through the ID verification process twice now and then I hear nothing from them. I really need to get logged into my account but have no way of getting responses from Shopify. Not sure if there is a direct email or anyone that can help with this issue please?
