2 Payments taken Out but Accounts Inactive

Two automatic deductions came out of my bank account for $42 each. Yet when I log in,.it says I have 4 inactive accounts. I thought that I had closed my stores but am still able to complete a purchase on a site. I am very confused by all of this.

Ideally if you store is closed and subscritpion cancelled, you should not be getting debited. Except you have outstanding bills on your account.

Another reasons could be a 3rd party app or domain connected to your store which you need to cancel the subscription.

Please follow the steps here to confirm your store is deactivated and ensure you do not have any active subscriptions.
