2 Pick Up Locations

We have 2 in store locations that customers can pick up their orders at. In Shopify, you are only able to choose in store pick up if that item is stocked at that same location in shopify.... we want customers to be able to purchase it online and choose either location to pick up, regardless of where it is stocked. Can someone help? And if this isn't an option, is there an app you recommend that I can embed to our website at checkout to assist with this? This is a HUGE issue we need taken care of.
