2 problems with cart drawer

i got two problems with my cart drawer, first is  this strange thick white line on the left of the drawer which I want to get rid of.

Secondly, clicking the cart icon does not always take me to cart drawer. When I refresh and click on the icon fast it sends me to cart page while it should always send me to the cart drawer.
