2 STORES DISACTIVED IN 1 WEEK....
In the Recent week 2 stores of my clients has been disactivated. It all began with a shopify payout that hasn't been processed yet and so I discovered that the site was under review and then they decided to disactived due to "violation of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)" , I look into it and we did nothing wrong so I explained everything and they replied with "we need some additional documents for verification" as I provided everything we still got no answer after 2 weeks.... note that this client / business has over 500 000 Followers and is verified on several social media channels and eveything is legit. then suddenly after a few days I was working (buying a new plan) on an other clients website that has't even been live yet and suddenly this store was also disactivated without any reason, I got no mail or anything.. after again conatcting the support team there respond was "after reviewing your information and website we have determined that your business presents a level of risk that we will be unable to support with Shopify." note that the website wasn't even live yet and there are thousends of website in the exact same niche that uses shopify, so I don't know why..

Can't someone help me please, I don't know what to do anymore...
@Achrafdgx I understand your frustration. Since you've already reached out to Shopify support and escalated the issues, the best course of action now would be to continue following up with them. In the meantime, you might want to explore alternative e-commerce platforms as a backup plan in case the issues with Shopify cannot be resolved. Additionally, consider seeking legal advice to understand your rights and options in this situation.

@Achrafdgx I completely understand your sentiment. Transitioning to a new e-commerce platform can be daunting, especially considering the investments you've made in your current setup. It's important to weigh your options carefully and ensure that any decision aligns with your long-term goals and needs
