Our website has suddenly went down with error reading "There was a problem loading this website". We have received multiple people report this from our staff and customers. It was originally reported to our staff at 3:30pm (ET).  Please let us know how we can fix this!

Yesterday, Shopify received reports of storefronts being down for merchants. Our developers have since investigated and resolved the issue. You should now be able to access your storefront(s) with no loading issues. Prior to accessing your storefront, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and rebooting the browser.

Was updating site when everything crashed. Failed to load due to “unsupported url redirect”. Live site won’t show. Can’t access these settings. Tried viewing in. Incognito. Safari. chrome. iPhone mobile. Nothing works. Can’t access site or make updates.
