3 Stores Shut Down Back to Back Randomly When Attempting to Add Payment Info/Picking Plan

Hello,

We have now tried to open 3 different Shopify stores in the past week. Each time, our shops were all turned inactive after selecting the store plan/adding payment information.

 

We now have 3 open support tickets for each store (Tickets: 31200037 ; 31132311 ; 31212495) , and still have yet to get the issue resolved with either of them. We feel like we cannot make any store without it getting immediately turned inactive once trying to go live. We have used Shopify in the past for other stores and never had any problems, this is our first time opening a store in a while and the result is the same each time. Any help to get this issue resolved would be greatly appreciated.

I have this problem now and i contacted them, but they couldn't help me.

 

Were you able to fix it? or are your stores still closed?
