All things Shopify and commerce
hi, i have a problem when i do ads i get 404 pages where my customers click. It's the 3rd one as you can see ''404'', i would want to know how to fix this issue. It seems that people can't eneter my store, even my ads generate for example 400 clicks on shopify i only get max 50 customers that can enter my website. The other ones get 404 page. I don't have the link of the 404 page but it's somewhere in my website . My ads are with my homepage domain so i know i dont put faulty links. Please help me.
Hey @vuzbuda,
A 404 error typically means that the page cannot be found. Since your ads are pointing to your homepage and you're still encountering this issue, it suggests there might be a deeper problem with your website configuration or the way your ads are set up.
I suggest using online tools like Dead Link Checker or Screaming Frog to scan your website for broken links.

This is what i got. How do i fix it?
Hey @vuzbuda
It looks like the 401 errors in that screenshot are related to your font files and are different then 404 errors.
A 404 error means a page as directed does not exist at all. What is the URL in your ad campaign that is pointing to a 404 error? Review all the products and links you have in your ad campaign to see if you can replicate this issue.
