I’m currently getting billed even after cancelling my Visa card for Shopify. I’ve never used Shopify, ever.
I’ve setup my account because the AI chatbot is useless for what I’m trying to contact support about. I’m extremely frustrated and confused why it’s so hard to contact support on especially for someone who doesn’t use Shopify. There’s no active email/phone number only a chat bot…
If someone from support could help, that’d be much appreciated…
Contacting support is very difficult especially when I don’t even have a store to do so…
