500 Internal Server Error (backend and support chat) 09/06/23

Hi there,

i'm trying to log-in into the shopify backend but it returns a HTTP 500 Error page.

Also I cannot even contact Shopify support.
When trying to log-in into the chat, it says there was a problem loading the page and I should refresh it.

Is there a known general issue on Shopify´s site?

Any recommendation what I should do as my backend is down and i can't use the shop at the moment!

I  just checked my 2 shops and both admin interfaces are down. I am trying to place a manual order. Frustrating. Shopify status says all systems running, not true!

My store suddenly crashed in Admin mode and now, when I try to open Admin Mode, I see my dashboard for a split-second before I get this message...

• I've checked the status page and it says everything is working correctly.
• I've cleared my Chrome cache.

Can anyone help, I'm trying to build my store and this is SO frustrating.

Can someone help me, I had access to my stores this morning, but now i can't log in, all it's giving me is a 500 error. I went to the satus page and am not seeing any errors. What can I do?

This morning, when logging to the store with admin credentials, the system brings this error: The admin is not loading correctly for some stores.  Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Thank you.

You can't resolve this error, it's a problem on Shopify side. You will need to wait for them to investigate and solve the problem. Just a bit of patience 🙂

Don't worry, it really never happens often. Been on shopify for years and this is only the second time that it's happened to me. Usually sorted quite quick. 🙂

My Shopify is not working at all. I tried to clear the cache, tested with several browsers, and restarting my computers and other devices but using form my mobile phone is fine. ANYONE facing the same issue now?

It is a common issue that happens each couple months which is usually fixed in a matter of minutes. 
It makes me think what they did with the stock market money when they reached almost 170 usd a share.. lol
