Hi @zhengxinxin

This is Victor from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App, I’d like to suggest this idea:

The error 502 Bad Gateway error occurs because of problems with online servers
You can fix this error by clearing your browser's cookies or cache.
You can also use another browser to try again.

Hope you find my answer helpful!

Hey @zhengxinxin,

A 502 Bad Gateway error indicates that there is a problem with the server that is acting as a gateway or proxy to fulfill the request from your Shopify store. This error usually occurs when there is an issue with the communication between the server and the upstream server that is responsible for fulfilling the request.

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try updating a product using a different browser such as Google Chrome
  • Try again later: Sometimes, temporary issues with servers can cause 502 errors. Waiting for a few minutes and then trying the request again may resolve the issue.

Let me know how you get on!
