I subscribed to autods and made 100% sure that nothing would auto renew or continue to bill me, now I still have 700$ worth of backed up fees solely due to autods. I cant pay it right now or any time soon because of financial situations. Just wanted to try dropshipping for a couple days and they have everything automatically cancel. I dont know how to cancel auto ds. its charging me 700 a month. And because i cannot cancel it now I have to keep my shopify page open and continuously pay for it. I used auto ds once, closed everything down so I could wait to see if I got feedback on my store, not a single reminder, email, renewal email, nothing. wtf. and now ive basically got a whole investment that im paying off every month now. can anyone help?
To cancel AutoDS, you can log into your AutoDS account, navigate to your subscription settings, and look for an option to cancel or turn off auto-renewal. If you're unable to do so directly, you can try removing the AutoDS app from your Shopify store under the Apps section, which may stop future charges.
