Placed request with Chat Bot yesterday. Waited 8 (!) hours without any feedback, refreshing the page every 10 minutes, and asking the bot where is my Advisor😂. No help at all!
Problem was: I’m experiencing issues with payouts failing to transfer to my bank account despite it being active with no restrictions, as confirmed by my bank. Could you check if there are any technical issues on Shopify's end causing these failed transactions? If needed, I can provide a bank letter confirming my account's details (but in fact it wasn't changed). I’d appreciate your assistance in resolving this!
Guys, I'm Shopify client during some 2 or 3 years, paying my plan every month, and that's what I'm receiving as a support when I'm experiencing the real problem? Such a shame...
