A song is auto playing while opening any product in my website

Hi, i am using shopify colours block theme, a audio is auto playing in back ground while opening any product in my website https://www.threadslabel.com in mobile browser. Kindly help me to remove this audio, customers are complaining . i have reported to shopify help /support team twice. But the issue is not resolved. please help me

I did a thorough check from multiple mobile devices but wasn’t able to replicate the issue. The only sound I could hear was from your Instagram videos, which should have a mute control in your theme.

If there’s a specific way to replicate this, let us know, we’d be happy to dig deeper.

Also, a quick note - there’s room for improvement in terms of UI/UX, as the store layout feels a bit cluttered. Happy to share insights if you're open to it!
