Abandoned checkout analytics: "reach" vs "sessions"

Hi. While exploring the Shopify abandoned cart/checkout tool's analytics found at Marketing > Automations, there are two metrics that aren't clear to me: reach and sessions.

What is "reach" and what is "sessions?" The numbers I see don't align with anything I try matching them to. The third metric, "conversion rate" equals orders / sessions, yet the number in orders isn't what I see as "recovered" in abandoned carts (Orders > Abandoned checkouts).

Thank you.

Hey, @hostilearth.

Thank you for posting this question!

The reach represents the number of customers reaching your website from a particular traffic source, while sessions represents the total number of sessions on your online store from each traffic source.
