abandoned checkouts

Hi everyone! I'm using a buy button on my site and I would like to understand why shopify doesn't recognize abandoned checkouts. Is this normal when using the buy button? Can I change it somehow?

Hello Francesca @francesca_bert  I don’t believe that’s a normal thing at all. Have you cleared all the cache and cookies on your browser and maybe tried a different one? If that doesn’t work, you may probably need a software person to help you check out some codes in your site.
