About us Page mobile view banner resize

My about us page, on desktop looks absolutely fine, however on phone it is a complete different look..

I have had a lot of issues trying to get different image banner on the home page, - desktop to phone view and manged to make that work, however I am struggling to do the same for the about us banner.

Can anyone please help?
