I get an error on connecting with my Ad account

Has anyone been able to resolve this?

I have another store and did not have this issue. I am now getting it with a news store even though I have accepted all the ToS from FB.

This is a server problem. If you are using google chrome, change to safari and it will resolve itself.

Use Microsoft Edge for this procedure instead of Chrome or Firefox. It is the only browser I found that opens up the necessary windows to complete the task.

Hi, Just solved this problem by removing the Facebook from sales channel and adding it again, and doing the whole process. So it worked for me.

Hi, I am struggling with the exact same thing. Can someone please help and explain why this happens, I have tried using Edge and other browsers as well, but still nothing ?

When you are connecting the ad account. There comes window, where is out link to terms. So press on it and then you need to accept it on new opened window. The acceptation is located in top left corner. It is small blue button.

Hi,

I had the same issue and as suggested by others, use Edge browser. That worked for me.
