Accidentally payed twice for the same bill

Hey I was traying to pay for may first mint plan and it was rejected few times but then after I fixed the problem and the bill was automatically taken on 13 /5. But I have already tried a second time befor I received the notice about the already accepted bill. So now I have payed twice for the same bill. I’m wondering about refund. Can the money be retracted? If yes, what to do and how.  Thanks

Are you referring to a Shopify bill? If so, you can contact our live support via the Help Center so we can review the payments on our end.
