Account canceled due to trademark violation

We received an email from shopify that they received trademark violations from our website.  Shopify gave us 5 business days to retrieve all of our data and file an appeal.  We sent emails to the brand companies that claimed trademark violations.  We have received reversal letters from both brand representatives, urging Shopify no to take action.  This process took less than 10 business days and was honestly very fast but due to Shopify's unreasonable expectations of only 5 days our website and account have been completely deleted.  We urge Shopify to reconsider and to open up some lines of communication.
