Account canceled

I want to know why my Shopify account was canceled without prior notification, where is my money, because I just received an email saying it’s going to another account, Why I can not speak with someone that can have a Professional service answering question at least by phone, I was happy with Shopify but this closing account without notice and the lack of personal to be in contact , and no knowing where my money is it put down all the expectations that I had with shopify. At this time I still can not enter in my account why? What i did?
