Account closure email

I was in the middle of setting up a store. Not active and I have received an account closure email citing section 7 of the acceptable use policy.

I was hoping to sell bulk items of personalised clothing. Eg 5 or 10 or 25 t shirts with your own design printed etc. I had listed maybe 6 items and started on the layout and that’s it.

I also mentioned about contacting us for large quantity orders. Is that a no no?
