I have received an email today saying that my account is currently being closed because my website violated section 7 of the shopify Acceptable Use Policy. I read into Section 7, but I have not violated the section, I was selling watches on the website and other clothing, shoes, accessories and jewellery items. I'm not really sure where this is coming from. They've mentioned filling out a form if I feel like this is an error which I have filled in but I haven't heard anything from them. Has anyone experienced this before? Please help me if you have.

It's great that you already filled out the appeal form. I'm not sure of the exact reason for the store closure but feel free to ask questions directly in the email you received from our team. Our team will look over all the information you submitted and reevaluate the closure of your store. Our team takes all appeal requests seriously and will get back to you as soon as they can.
