Account deleted

Hello everyone im having this problem where i was logged in to my store and was ready to add inventory for my oline store and was suddenlty logged out i was trying to relog into my account and was given a pop up page stating i didn't have permission to view the page now all my product was deleted my store is blank and basically have to start over i paid for my plans and my domain but now i have to start over i would love any feedback on how to fix this i spoke to a support advisor for 6 hrs but they couldn't do much if anyone has ran into this problem and was able to fix  it i would love your advise thank you.
