Account disabled hours after opened

I opened my shopify account yesterday (Dec. 25) and woke up to an email saying that I violated the accepted use policy. I have no idea what happened. I purchased a domain name and that was pretty much all I did. I submitted the form asking shopify to re-evaluate and included a photo of my ID, but haven't heard anything. Has this happened to anyone else?
