hi my account been blocked after i tried to buy a plan , please help i dont know what to do

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to login to your store. Would you happen to know which error message you are receiving when attempting to login successfully, by any chance? As this context will help us assist you better in this situation.

 

In some cases, you may need to clear the cache on your browser and see if you are able to login once again. If the error persists, you can try this action on a separate browser, as for example - if you are using Safari try to login to your online store using Google Chrome.

 

Let me know if that does the trick.

Hi,Thank you for replying 

i tried cleaning the cache but the problem still exist , it happend to me just after i tried to buy a plan to my store , and i found that alot of other people had the same problem just when they try to add the credit card and buy a plan what should i do please ? i just want to buy a plan for my store and continue working on it
