Account inactivated despite upgrading?

It's been 3 days and my store continues to be inactive. 24/7 support is of no use if the answer is going to be someone else will look and contact you later. 

I am starting serious business and this is not a very good look on Shopify. 

My ticket number is: 44536222

 

I was told the issue was escalated but it does not feel like it, so many users complaining about same pattern since years. Can someone help me here?!
