I wanted to know why Shopify inactivate account?

What's the criteria my account does not inactivate?

How can i activate my store account which has been inactive?

How do I reactivate my store? I logged in but can't get a support message to shopify. It keeps coming back to discussions and community. I want to speak with someone.
