When I was paying monthly for my store my card got randomly charged about 250 dollars for yearly which I never signed up for. Also when i checked my billing for my store the charge wasn't there. I have now since deactivated my store to cancel the billing cycle. Any knowledge on this situation would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to speak directly with our live support to have a further look into the charge you have received by navigating to the Help Center.
Once you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.
