Hey, @RokK! Welcome to Shopify Community!
I'd love to address your question about account access and permissions. This is a great one!
To clarify, if you share your login credentials to anyone, they will be able to see whatever you see as an account owner. They will have access to everything in your admin, including your sensitive information. They will also have permission to make changes to your store. While the credit card information specifically doesn't show the complete digits and details, the last four digits will still be visible. Even though they don't have a full view of the credit card information, we always advise against sharing your login credentials. Please do not share them with anyone to keep your account secure.
What you can do instead is set up a staff account. With a staff account, you can control the permissions and access levels of others. This allows you to restrict their ability to view or modify sensitive information. Please refer to this guide to create a staff account.
Ensuring the security of your account is of utmost importance to us here at Shopify. We highly recommend reviewing our help center documentation on best practices for securing your account. Implementing these practices will help ensure the safety of your store and account information. If you have any questions or need further clarification on these guidelines, don't hesitate to ask!
