For example:
Your returns policy is not legally correct. Your returns should be based on delivery, not purchase.
Make sure you collect reviews to increase your trust factor: https://www.google.com/shopping/ratings/account/lookup?q=offsquareofficial.com
Having multiple sites is not allowed:https://www.offsquare.nl/
Missing contact details in checkout.

Hi Emanuell,
Thanks for your feedback, this process is so frustrating, when I started I asked about how to set up multiple domains. The advise was to use multiple countries because it looks more local.
Last week I contacted shopify help to take a look at it because I also had doubts, he told me it is setup good.
What do you think I need to do, do I forward it in my domein provider or in shopify?
Google checked the website a couple of times in person, and the told me first that if a change the sociale to the correct adres I am good.
The second one told me I need my adres on the website (this looks stupid on the home screen) but I have it.
The I also need a special return page witch I 100 procent took from another website who is selling on google for many years. So I thought at least it will be correct.
This is the first time I need to out my adres in the checkout. I will look into this.
Please understand after 3 months redding and trying to find just that 1 small thing is not easy.
Even using the same as someone else that is proven to be good is not good on my site.
I appreciate your help,
Thanks
If you set up multiple domains for the purpose of targeting different target countries, yes this is allowed. In this case, you need to make sure that with your original Google Merchant Center account you have set it up as an advanced account, more info: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/188487?hl=en
Copying policies from other merchants is not a great idea, you have no idea if its correct. Not because someone is not banned means the info on the site is correct.
Never copy. Always make sure yourself. For example for policies, use a service that can create valid policy pages.
I understand its frustrating, Google has many policies and carefully checking and rechecking is needed.
The first step I would do, is hire a professional policy writer or business that creates these. Policy pages are legal documents, they need to be 100% correct. Any copy pasting will put you at risk of liabilities. Especially considering you don't know what you copying. Therefore, by hiring a professional you can ensure your legal documents are valid.
Hi EMMANUEL,
I checked the merchant settings, thanks for the tip.
Shopify has many small entrepreneurs, who startup their business with there savings, I am one of them. I made a list with all the people I need to start my business I will add a lawyer to that list.
for now it’s just me trying to figure it out. Maybe in the future who knows.
thanks
I just got feedback from google and this is what they tell me now.
it looks like my site is turning into garbage according to google.
the more I try to fix it the worse it gets.
Anyone has a clue what they mean,
The site may be incomplete, as indicated by placeholder text or images. It may be missing important information or feature poor product descriptions, or a broken browsing experience. The site may also display irrelevant or inconsistent product categorization.
Check your site, and make sure you have original content.
Please, be clear what you mean, already have a lot of unclear feedback from google.
thanks
When Google mentions, that you are using placeholder text or images, this means either you are indeed using text and images from the theme you are using, or copied content from other sites. That is as clear as I can be. If you don't find this useful, which I understand is to contact Google and ask them for examples of where the placeholder text is.
Or re-check your site to ensure everything is original.
Correct, nobody knows the real reason because Google does not disclose this information. For my clients that ask for help, I explain that the only way to resolve the issue, is to check everything and improve / resolve everything, there is no other way.
To contact Google Ads support or Google Merchant Center support, do so within your account in the top right corner.
Same thing happens to me too.
Can you help me to find what is wrong?
My website is k-beauty.co.nz
Thanks
For example add your business details in the footer (address, email, business name, business hours, phone)
I don't recommend adding hash tags in your menu, as they look like just words, not a menu. Consumers need to know that it's a menu.
Make sure to show if an item is in or out of stock on the product landing page.
You may have more issues, so make sure to check:
