Account suspended due to repeat infringement

Hi,

I need to appeal for the shutdown of my account, All the items under that trademark is removed (just one item),

It was by mistake that there was some listed items remaining under the items since the last notice

I have double checked and made sure there’s nothing left anymore ( anything including’Lovesence’ or ‘lovense’)

And I have more than 99.9% of other items are fine and my daily visit are around 4 k

Please reinstate my site

It’s really important for my life and my business 

All items under ‘lovense’ or ‘ lovesense’ are removed Please double check

And I swear it won’t happen again to my site for repeat infringement 

I have else 100k products and they’re stocking in my warehouse I need Shopify to sell

It’s not fair since I have removed all infringed items or trademark but all my 100k products they all get suspended for this,

I have double checked and I can guarantee that it won’t be a repeat infringement again,

I made the mistake and it’s just all by mistake

Please give me a chance

My life and business are 100% relying on Shopify

And all my sales are nothing related to infringed items,

I need help from your team to reinstate my site,

My customer are waiting and they’re engaging with all the rest of my products,

As I mentioned before

I’m willing to take any legal action from the filler if they insist to

Please save the rest of my products from this 

I need it to be back online so my customer won’t be waiting anymore

I swear and guarantee I have learned from this mistake and I will be 100% careful on future infringement 

Please give me a chance

I have 100+K listings and my site is big 

I need it come back or my business will be shunt down immediately without Shopify 

Please give me another chance,

I guarantee i have learnt a lot from this penalty this time and it won’t happen again to my business

Please reinstate my account, the issue was caused by mistake and I have corrected all of it on time (within 10 mins)
