I recently tried to connect my shopify store to my facebook business manager and it says that my shop is under review even  though my products have been approved but it says my shop is under review 

So what should I do under this case?

  • Verify your Facebook Page: If you have not already done so, you should verify your Facebook Page with Facebook. In order to do this, simply follow the verification process within Facebook Business Manager.
  • Provide complete information: Make sure that you have provided all the necessary information about your store to the Facebook Business Manager, such as the correct website URL, email address, and phone number.
  • Check for errors: Go through your store’s settings and make sure that everything is set up correctly. Check for any errors or discrepancies that could be preventing your store from being approved.
  • Contact customer support: If you have confirmed that there are no issues on your end, you may want to contact Facebook’s customer support for guidance on how to proceed.

 

Remember, the review process can take some time, so be patient while Facebook evaluates your store.

Hello

My business manager account finally got verified - I got the email and it says the verification was a success however on the Facebook/Instagram section on my shopify it still says "under review"?

This could be due to a delay in the synchronization between Facebook/Instagram and Shopify. It can take Facebook up to 48 hours to review and approve your store. However, I'll list the troubleshooting steps below to help get this resolved for you.

 

Troubleshooting Steps:

 

  • Login to your Shopify admin, and select the Facebook Sales Channel.
  • Select Settings in the Facebook Sales Channel
  • On the following page scroll down to Facebook Page and select Disconnect and then Reconnect your page.
  • After this step, your Shop will show as in review and you'll need to wait the 48 hours for the review to be completed on Facebook's end.

My store also in review last 8 days. Your store is still in reviewed or is now active. If active then can you help me for active my store.
