ACCOUT TERMINATED WITHOUT PROVIDING REASON

My Shopify account was terminated without giving me proper reason as well as no information about my funds pending for payouts.

This is very much Hilarious, that can happen with anyone. So it would be better to drag these people to the Court.

As I am already filing a complaint for misuse for information and documents. As well as, Illegal Holding of Funds.

So much shame for a Company Like SHOPIFY. This would be a start of your DOWNFALL.

With regards to this inquiry, are you able to tell us more about your interaction with this specific internal team that did the review on your store? Were you able to respond to their message to inquire further about this situation? 

With such matters, we always refer you back to that direct ticket that you have going with them as we are not able to access such information over social channels.

They have no replied yet. Too much poor service.

Disgusting to use, irresponsible peoples are working over there.

They have taken my documents and after that on the day of Payout, my Account was terminated.

I am neither able to login to admin panel nor able to remove domain. 

This is hilarious, already I have filed a Case on Shopify.

You all guys will be getting a notice for sure. All are robbers and stealers.

About termination I want to add something more,

They just sent an Email saying Termination of your Account. Just it was mentioned that Violation of Policy. Which policy, they did not mention.

No specific reason provided as well as no information about my Funds pending with them.

I think it's a big scam to steal money of merchants because, not every merchant is like me.

Who will file a case and drag you all to the court.

Please its a humble request, think twice before you start selling on Shopify.

Because they are stealers, can anytime terminate your account without informing you and Rob all your money.

I recommend replying directly to that email that you have going with our internal team who is handling this matter to inquire further about this matter so you can get those questions answered.

My merchant account was terminated as well with no warning or explanation. I had to hire a lawyer to get me off a MATCH list.
