Has anyone extended their ActiveCampaign trial beyond 14 days while integrating with Shopify? I’m testing automation workflows and need more time—any tips?

One of the worst experiences I’ve had was working with ActiveCampaign - slow, unfriendly, and they completely ghosted our requests. I’d recommend exploring a different solution like Klaviyo instead.

It is possible to make ActiveCampaign trial last longer by reaching out to their Customer Experience team before time expires (help@activecampaign) with a clear explanation about your Shopify integration requirements (e. g., testing automation workflows such as abandoned cart emails).

There is no assurance for success, but it could be beneficial to demonstrate determination. If turned down, think about getting another trial profile or subscribing to their $29 per month program.
Tips: Pay attention to key automations (abandoned carts), sync historical Shopify orders and try segmenting contacts. Some users have managed to prolong trials specifically in relation to integrations.
